Upcoming Change to Fresh Start Loan Guidelines
We want to let you know about an upcoming update to our Fresh Start Loan program. Beginning July 1, 2026, a new income requirement will be in place.
To qualify for a Fresh Start Loan on or after that date, applicants must have a minimum gross monthly
income of $1,800.00.
Please note:
• This requirement will apply to all applications submitted on or after July 1, 2026
• Exceptions will not be available
• Existing loans will not be grandfathered under the current guidelines
