Members may not use or permit an unauthorized third-party artificial intelligence agent, automated agent, bot, script, software application, or similar technology to access or interact with SOCU Online or Mobile Banking using the member's authentication credentials. SOCU reserves the right to detect, restrict, suspend, or block access by artificial intelligence agents, automated systems, or other third-party services that SOCU has not expressly authorized. This restriction does not prohibit access through third-party services or data-sharing methods expressly approved or supported by SOCU.
