SOCU is open Monday through Saturday for normal business hours except for select national holidays. On these holidays, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers outside of SOCU will be performed the following business day. As always online banking, debit card and credit card transactions are available for member use 24/7/365.

For after-hours withdrawals, members can access our locally placed ATMs. For after-hours balance inquiries, members can call our audio banking phone system at 815-240-8437. For after-hours transfers, members can transfer funds online with our online banking. For after hours on the go inquiries and transfers, SOCU has Android and iPhone apps.
