Where and who your donations help:
• Streator Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition is comprised of concerned citizens from every part of our community working together to reduce substance use among our youth through education and prevention. The coalition was formed following the tragic death of a local young man from a heroin overdose in 2008.
• March of Dimes supports programs in your community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies and funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies.
• Illinois Valley Brain Injury Clubhouse is a day activity center and support group for survivors and families with TBI and Stroke, where members and staff work side by side on a work schedule. The mission of the Illinois Valley Brain Injury Clubhouse is to provide a safe environment where people with disabilities can focus their abilities for the combined good of all members.
• Voluntary Action Center (Meals on Wheels) provides homebound senior citizens 60 years and older throughout the Streatorland area and all residents of the Hi-Rise sites. This program provides nutrition to keep seniors healthy as well as well-being checks several times a week. No one is denied a hot meal, thus making Meals on Wheels is considered a silent, humble service to the seniors of Streator.

Here is how you can help all of these great organizations: The auctioneer will call out funding levels of $500.00, $250.00, $100.00, $50.00, & $25.00.
