2019 Youth Polaroid Coloring Page PDF
Eligibility: Contest open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, under 18 years of age as of 04/01/2019, except employees, officers, Board of Directors and their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) of Streator Onized Credit Union (SOCU). This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: Contest begins at 12:00:01PM Central Time ("CT") on 04/01/2019 and ends at 05:00:00PM CT on 04/19/2019 ("Promotion Period").
To enter, download the coloring page from socu.org, facebook.com/streatoronized, or stop in to any SOCU location to obtain a coloring page. Return entries to any SOCU branch or the following address via US Mail: Streator Onized Credit Union, ATTENTION: “Youth Month Giveaway”, 912 N Shabbona St., Streator, IL 61364.
One entry per person please. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted. Your submission constitutes your consent to participate in the contest and your consent for SOCU to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the purpose of administering this contest. CU is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, postage-due, or mutilated entries or mail.
Determination of Winners: One potential winner from the following branches: Streator, Pontiac, Dwight and Morris. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 22, 2019, from among all eligible submissions and mail-in entries received and combined. The random drawing will be conducted by SOCU; the contest decisions are final and binding. SOCU will notify the potential winner by overnight or U.S. Mail and/or telephone or email on or about April 22, 2019. Non-compliance with the Official Rules, Sponsor's inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or prize or prize notification returned undeliverable will result in such potential winner’s disqualification. In the event of disqualification, SOCU may select an alternate winner.
