SOCU Opening Morris Branch in June of 2018
February 12th, 2018SOCU is proud to announce their new branch opening at 1544 Creek Dr., Morris, IL 60450, in June of 2018. SOCU is active in the Morris community. Currently serving over 460 members in the Morris area out of it’s existing branches in Streator, Dwight and Pontiac, SOCU is excited to offer this more convenient location.
The Morris Branch will be a full-service financial institution offering loans for automobiles, real estate, home equity, recreational, personal loans, and VISA cards. A variety of savings products are offered, including checking accounts, share certificates, IRA’s, Money Markets, Christmas, Vacation and Youth Savers clubs. In addition, the credit union has a 24-hour audio response line, 24-hour online loan applications and Mobile Services. A Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor will manage this new branch.
Membership is open to anyone residing or working in Grundy, Will, Kendall, Stark, Peoria, Tazewell, Ford, Iroquois, Kankakee, LaSalle, Livingston, Marshall, Putnam, Woodford, McLean, and Bureau counties in Illinois, including all family members.
This expansion allows SOCU to continue in serving the underserved in the heart of Illinois and brings our award-winning services and community involvement to surrounding areas. With a growing base of over 29,000 members and assets climbing over $229 million, SOCU is excited to continue our growth strategies, while maintaining a high level of service with our current membership and surrounding communities.
